Shipping We have a $300 minimum order on the website, but all orders (some exclusions apply) include FREE Shipping.Â Orders that are below $300 will not allow you to checkout until your cart total equals or is higher than $300.Â Most products will ship from Little Rock, Arkansas. and weÂ only ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states.Â If you reside in Alaska, or Hawaii, or are outside of the United States,Â please call us at 501-664-1318 to speak to your customer service rep who will assist you.
All small package orders ship via UPS Ground.Â Any orders that will require shipping on a skid/pallet will ship via a LTL carrier, and will be chosen by Trade Fixtures, based on service performance.Â For LTL shipments, Trade Fixtures does not cover any additional services, such as Lift Gate, White Glove, or similar.Â If the delivery address for your order does not have a receiving dock, a way to receive your shipment off of the trailer, or will require special services from the carrier, please call 501-664-1318 to arrange.Â There will be an additional charge applied and a separate payment will be required at the time of arrangement.
Please also note, for orders that do not qualify for free shipping, that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items withinÂ 7 days of delivery for a full refund.Â We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).Â Trade Fixtures' guarantee doesnât cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
If the return is based on an incorrect item ordered the returned goods are subject to a 25% restock fee, plus all applicable shipping charges. Â Returned items must be in the original box and in new / re-sellable condition. Custom products are not returnable. The purchaser shall be responsible for all of Trade Fixturesâ cost of collection including without limitation Trade Fixturesâ reasonable expenses and attorneyâs fees.
Used itemsÂ cannot be returned or exchanged. If you send merchandise to the Trade Fixtures Returns Department that has been determined to have been used, it will be returned at your expense.
TradeÂ Fixtures willÂ do everything possible toÂ make requested exchanges, but there may be occasions where this is not possible. If this is the case, we will refund your form of payment for the purchase amount.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Tax All taxes are calculated by your location. Â If you order online, you will be charged tax regardless of your exempt status. Â If you would like to place an order and get your tax withheld, please contact your inside sales person at 1-800-872-3490. Â We will not refund any collected tax.
